Enquiries and photographs

We use the contact details, postcode, job description and photographs you provide to respond, prepare a quotation and organise the work you request. This is for steps towards a contract or our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. Please avoid sensitive documents and other people in photographs.

The quote form submits directly to FormSubmit, which delivers the enquiry and attachments to Mitch’s Outlook mailbox. FormSubmit’s own anti-spam and cookie controls may apply when you submit and leave this website. See FormSubmit privacy information. You can instead call or email Mitch. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google links open separate services under their own privacy notices.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry correspondence and job records are kept while needed to handle your enquiry, deliver agreed work and meet record-keeping obligations. Contact Mitch for the retention period applying to your particular record, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the ICO.

Optional Google reviews

The Elfsight widget is blocked until you enable it in Cookie settings, wherever you visit from. You can refuse it and use the normal Google reviews link instead. The purpose is displaying reviews and preventing duplicate widget-view counts, rather than essential website operation. We do not rely on the UK statistical exception for this third-party service.

Provider: Elfsight, SL, Andorra. The provider documents elfsight_viewed_recently on core.service.elfsight.com, an HttpOnly, Secure cookie lasting 15 seconds to prevent duplicate view counts. This is supplier documentation, not a measurement of your browser. Elfsight states that its technical information, including IP address, operating system and browser type, is retained for seven days for service operation and security. See Elfsight’s privacy policy. Widget configuration and browser restrictions may affect its behaviour.

Our first-party packers_privacy cookie records only your yes/no choice, notice version and expiry time for 180 days. It is Secure and SameSite=Lax, and necessary to remember your privacy choice. A changed purpose or expired choice switches optional reviews off until you choose again. We use the same opt-in approach for all visitor locations.

Open Cookie settings to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal removes the embedded widget and stops it making further requests on this page. We cannot delete cookies belonging to Elfsight or undo information already sent. Use your browser’s site-data controls for third-party cookies, or contact Mitch for help with an erasure request and notifying Elfsight. The Google review link continues to work.
